Super crowded which resulted in employees rushing to get drinks out, which resulted in my drink being made incorrectly. Would rather wait for my original order for an extra couple of mins instead of it being rushed and having to ask the employee to remake it and waiting double the time. Rushing things to get quicker results doesn't always mean they're going to be correct. I've worked in the food industry and the customers are always more satisfied with their order being correct the first time instead of waiting double the time for it to be corrected. Otherwise, great customer service!

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever had. Cappuccino was watered down, no foam. Pike had had a lot of coffee grinds at the bottom of the cup, also watered down. Do not waste your $.

Hi, I've been attending this location for about 3 years now, and I when started attending I was newly disabled and trying to figure out my new life in terms of mobility.I can't tell you enough how accommodating the staff has been to make sure I'm as comfortable as I can be; getting in&out, bringing me my order to my table.Thank-you staff at Mapleview Mall Starbucks! You Rock!!

Worst Starbucks Service in Halton Region. I bought a hot chocolate March 16th at 6:45pm order was taken quickly but drink took forever. The barista at the bar was horrible moving extremely slow with no consideration for customer's time. She made the drinks of customers behind me ahead of my order.Poor service overall. Do better! This is coming from a former Starbucks Employee

The barista at this Starbucks were fabulous. Very polite and helpful. My dad had a lot of questions and they listened and answered to all of them patiently. The only sad part is that as this is at the entrance of the mall, it is noisy, and you feel the disturbance all the time. There are only 1 or 2 tables inside the Starbucks and then you have more seating outside wthe Starbucks and in the hallway of the mall just as you enter the mall. In my view, sitting there does not give you the feel of Starbucks.but as usual the food and the service was great.

Ordered a grande americano with room. They made it without room and when I complained they offered to pour some out, so basically I’d be paying for a grande but getting a tall instead (as it’s one shot less). For $5 you get a coffee that’s not what you ordered.
