I’ve never used this company, but after what I witnessed on the weekend I never plan too. I was walking by with a friend when I saw what I’m assuming was the driver of the tow truck getting into it with a young woman. I stopped to listen for a second just to see what was going on and the way that he was speaking to her made me sick to my stomach. I have NEVER heard someone in a service industry be so disrespectful to the public before in my life. The driver spent a few minutes speaking down to the woman before a man walked up to join her and the driver completely changed his tune. You would think that a hired company would show a little bit of respect to the residents of the community, especially when the residents were being extremely respectful and understanding. If you value the women in your life, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Customer service was exceptional and very professional both dispatch and driver. I would 100% recommend them for any large special vehicle moves which also tells me they'd be great at everything else. The driver had no issues and was able to move the RV with ease, skill and precision.Thank you very much and will be using you again.

Mike cool owner dude... of course rates when car gets towed and impounded are crazy too high... but, at least Mike is a good guy!

I understand that being a tow truck driver means dealing with a lot of unhappy people, however, this is not an excuse to be rude to and belittle customers. My family and I had the displeasure of dealing with the owner, Mike, at Aacme towing. After belittling my mother in law, and patronizing myself, Mike changed his tune quickly when my boyfriend stepped in. We were not being combative, just genuinely curious why we were ticketed. He watched us park and walk to the beach 20 feet away before ticketing us. A dishonourable way to conduct business and rude, misogynistic owner.

This place is a 10/10. I got stranded up at big white and live in kelowna as I am a ski instructor there full time. CAA wouldn’t help me because I wasn’t in kelowna and there were no companies willing to come pick me up until I called these guys. The owner was very polite on the phone and was super willing to help me out. He sent one of his drivers to come pick me up and he was more than willing to help me out and had a great attitude even though it was cold and dumping snow in the parking lot. We had good conversation on the way back into town, the people that work here are great. The price is the price. Take it or leave it, your probably mad because your car is broken down and you don’t want to fork over money, if you don’t have CAA and your not willing to spend money on a tow, don’t call a tow truck to come help you. These guys saved my night! Highly recommend.

My car was towed and the person who answered pulls power trips and is condescending when trying to deal with the situation. Yeah, I eventually lost it, he laughed as he told me it was $300 to get my car back and left me stranded 30km from my home because they are closed. Then he threatened me with who has your car? Maybe you should be a bit nicer"I do not recommend this company for towing oand good luck of you're in their zone.In response to their comment - the condescension I received prior to losing it and the "I should act more like a lady if I want to be treated better" then threating that they have my car so they can do what they please - is an abomination. I've never been more disgusted by a tow company in my life."

I won't go into details of today's situation involving our client who was towed but despite how unpleasant it is to have your car towed, the owner of this company is a really good man.
