We recently made the decision to switch to a different company, and to spite us they are refusing to send us our employees hours to date. We are technically with them until the end of the month, and they've decided to cut us off now to inconvenience us. We are not the only company they are doing this to. In fact apparently they've had their lawyers send out letters to companies like mine demanding that we stop harassing" them. I would strongly advise against using Mercon

They have been sending me in circles about my claims for almost a month now. Even their online portal seems to eat up attachments and no one knows what to do. I can't seem to get a consistent answer.
