Had a problem with my shower which resulted in having to shut the water off to the residence. Vaillancourt Plumbing moved things around in their schedule to ensure we could get quick service and have our water back on. The tech, Trevor, arrived and had everything done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Vaillancourt staff are the friendliest people! Described plumbing issue on their website booking feature. Got call back promptly and booked non-Emerg apptmt for 2 days later with reasonable 4 hour window. Cost and rate terms were clearly explained.Shane the plumber sent text message with his photo ID saying he was on his way.Super nice man, arrived early in booking window, repair work was done promptly and effectively. Cost well within estimate. Would recommend Vaillancourt to everyone. Great company.

Thoroughly satisfied with Trevor and the rest of the crew from Vaillancourt! They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and considerate with respect to the safety of our dogs when entering and exiting the house. They even took time out to cuddle with them! They also took the time to explain what they were doing while providing good and informative advice on how to manage our septic tank moving forward. We will definitely use your services again. Fantastic experience from the moment I called to book an appointment to the end of fixing our leak. You don’t find this level of service anymore. They even send you a picture of the plumber who will be attending the call prior to him showing up. Trevor was right on time, polite, professional, and quickly resolved our issue. Thank you to the intake coordinator who was a pleasure to speak with. 10/10 all round. Highly recommend them.

Vaillancourt Plumbing is the best. They have completed two separate sink & vanity installations in our home. Trevor and Paul were terrific, working efficiently, producing high quality results. I feel so secure knowing that we now have shut off valves under the sink and solid plumbing! Their courteous personalities allowed for my many questions about the job and other future plumbing issues we have yet to tackle. I will be calling in the future to have our master bathroom done:)

We had a minor plumbing issue that required us to turn off all the water in the house because the laundry room sink didn't have a shut off and water was pouring out of the faucet (due to a defective tap). I explained this when I spoke with Patsy. She booked us in for next service as all appointments were booked for Wednesday. Just moments later she called back as there had been a cancellation and she was able to send a plumber over withing the hour! When Shane arrived I showed him the problem. He quickly assessed the situation; suggested the quickest and most cost effective solution to resolve the problem and set about fixing it. He was friendly, professional, polite and efficient! Great service from a long established local company. I will be calling Vaillancourt Plumbing when I finish the laundry room and need the new sink and taps installed! Thanks so much Patsy and Shane! Called to update main water shutoff valve coming into house. Had faucet type changed to lever ball shutoff. Arrived on time. Plumber Shane very conscientious about doing the job correctly. Appointment was quick, and easy to book. Received a text when Shane was coming with his picture, so I would know who to expect. Never used a plumbing contractor before, and read the reviews. Vaillancourt had consistent positive reviews. I would definitely use them again if needed. If you are looking for a plumbing contractor, no need to look further. Well done, very pleased.
