Great little indoor shop. They've got a large selection of pots and planters. Nice selection of houseplants including some rarer plants. Lots of indoor/outdoor decorative garden items. Seeds and bulbs for spring planting. Will visit again for the plants and the very friendly staff.

Usually really like this place great prices and great product selection.This review is for customer service alone.This lady Rosie (dark curly hair older 30-40)Was giving me attitude and I asked her to finish whatever she was doing so that finishing her task might alleviate her stress.Then so gave her cash and some change and she looked at me and said what good is this change going to do.I said fine give me it back and finish whatever you were doing (thinking maybe she had a bad day) and she throws the change at me.Not impressed very bad customer service skills.

I was pretty upset at the bad load of triple mix I got. It was full of rocks and clay and ruined the look of my gardens and property. I understand Botanix gets the dirt from a supplier and hopes its good. I dont know what happened but mine was full of stones and clay. It was the worst I have ever seen. The bad thing was, I didnt notice until I did all my gardens and then it rained and pushed the soil down but allowed the rocks to stay at the top and the clay to form.They did their best to respond and sort the issue which I do appreciate. I run a business and sometimes I get it can be tough when you rely on other companies for quality.Things happen. I get it. Its part of life. They dealt with the issue pretty well and because of that we will continue to buy products from them like we have over the past 10 years.Its good to see they do respect and appreciate their customers enough to try and make things right.Everyone that works there always seems super friendly too.

Amazing selection of plants and trees. Some great people working here too.Get there early in the season to get the best pick.

Lots of variety. They potted a moon cactus in a pot we chose for my daughter. They added silver stones to the top of the dirt to give it some bling. While we were cashing out one of the workers let us know everything we need for our new bushes to survive the winter. Great customer service.covind was recognized. Cash line and in and out doors. Good job.
