We were so pleased with the chairs that we got there last year for our new office. It was worth the drive for us.

Roamed the store to look for a few options to have a standing desk. The owner walked me through the pro's and con's of each solution and then pointed me to another option that I hadn't considered. There was no pressure to select any one option, but I very happy with the third option shared with me. Great customer service and great prices. I don't know why anyone would spend full price at other stores.

Terrible workmanship, and awful customer service! Save your money and shop somewhere else

I went to the store and was preparing to buy some office furniture. Admittedly, I had many questions and spent about 30 minutes deliberating. Was looking for a set up for audio/video editing so there are a few particulars I was seeking. The staff was very friendly but then what seemed like the owner began answering my questions and showing me my options. He was helpful, but subcommunicated quite clearly that I was small peanuts and he had big customers like companies that buy tens of thousands at a time. Then in the midst of sale he went back to his office, which I understand. He had other things to do. Gradually, I narrowed it down to one used chair and one used desk I liked. Tried to get a discount and was turned down but, was pretty much ready to make the purchase anyways. I didn't know the brand name of the chair and wanted to find a PDF online of instructions to explain the 10 different levers and knobs for adjusting positions. When I finally asked the owner for the name of the chair he looked at me incredulously and said c'mon man

Lots of selection in office equipment. Bought a new chair for my son and no complaints. Staff were friendly.

Had a very strange experience there the other day. Wanted to purchase a desk and chair and was ready to pay for both items. The sales person informed us that unfortunately they didn’t have the desk we wanted in a box and all that was left was the floor model, which was 30 dollars more. The sales person informed me that the desk was 30 dollars more because it took her 1.5 hrs to put it together. Not quite sure why we were being penalized 30 dollars because they didn’t have the boxed item in stock? Chair and desk were in excess of 500 dollars and I would think, from a customer service standpoint, maybe they would waive the 30 dollar fee for her putting it together. Didn’t happen, we left empty handed and purchased elsewhere on principle alone. It was a shame, the staff were friendly, the store had a great selection but come on guys....you can’t ding the customer for your inability to have the product in stock. It’s the very first time in my near 5 decades of life that the floor model was actually more.than the brand new boxed product. I get it if we asked for the boxed item to be assembled but we didn’t even have that option through no fault of our own. Just my opinion. Again, staff were friendly, selection was great...practice of charging more for an item assembled when you don’t have the boxed item in stock...not so much.

Friendly staff. Quick to assist us in finding a metal storage cabinet.Even loaded it on the trailer for us.Would definitely shop there again!

No need to buy brand new office furniture for a home office or small business. They've got everything you need. Good quality fair prices. I bought a lateral file cabinet but there is so much more

I had such a great experience here! Staff were very helpful in finding what I needed for a good office chair and ergonomic footrest. The footrest even heats and cools! Great pricing for open items, and they were really helpful in offering delivery services when I couldn't fit the chair in my car.There's a LOT more in this store than I thought, having driven by it hundreds of times. The range of furniture is quite wide, but there are also cubicle walls, used computer monitors, keyboards, monitor arms/stands, ergonomic equipment... Just a ton here that I never knew about. I'm very happy with the chair and footrest that I bought.
