When I was told that a spinal anaesthetic nerve block would be used for my knee replacement, I considered cancelling. Needles have always been a problem for me. Passing out if I saw them made going to the dentist or visiting someone in hospital, a difficult situation. The thought of a needle going into my spine was upsetting and I didn't think I could sit still or even get that far in the process. I had done a weight loss and an emotional baggage hypnotherapy with Teya and was very happy with the results. However, this felt different. I made the appointment and hoped for the best. I enjoy guided meditations so Teya talked and I closed my eyes and relaxed. I didn't really know how well the hypnotherapy worked until I went for a blood test the following week. I was no more anxious about a blood test than an x-ray. The day of surgery, an IV needle caused no anxiety! I knew then I would have no problem with the spinal. It really was no big deal and I know it would not have been possible to go through this surgical process without Teya's help. Thank you Teya!

I really did not have an opinion about Hypnotherapy until a good friend of mine attended sessions with Teya. I noticed the change in my friend, and I wanted the same for myself.
