CARSTAR Riverview

Brought my SUV in for deep scratches on the bumper. Staff were very helpful, worked with my insurance company, set me up with a rental car, and had everything completed ahead of schedule. Highly recommend for all repair needs.

Kudos to Gordie, Andrew and the team at CarStar Riverview for taking on my car after it needed some cosmetic repair due to someone backing into it. After getting an estimate at another CarStar location the Riverview location was able to take my car much sooner and fixed it in a handful of days.Service was quick, efficient, professional and friendly. They were also able to drop me off and pick me up saving me the cost of using local transit. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for making my car look like new again! 5/5

These guys are just amazing. They were super accommodating to my schedule, I had to rebook at the last minute twice. They not only did an amazing job at the repair, but it was done in shorter time than I expected. Picked up my car and it was cleaned and detailed - wasn't expecting that! They even had my jacket folded neatly on the backseat. Super friendly. I hope I don't run into any more snowbanks but if I do, I know where I'm going for repairs!

I recently had my car repaired at this body shop and I was very pleased with the service I received. Basically I went through my insurance company and my experience was excellent. The team was friendly and professional, and they did a great job repairing my car. They kept me updated throughout the process and the repairs were done in given time. The whole experience was much impressive becuse of they even cleaned my car from inside . They make sure everything was taken care of. Great service! I'm really happy that I chose them. Took me in for an appraisal on the same day that I filed my insurance claim. They took care of everything. I only had to drop off my car and pick it up when it was done. Repair was very well done, and my car was spotless both inside and out when I got it back. Would definitely recommend this business!

After a small fender-bender on my not yet 1-year old car, Carstar Riverview brought it back to it's like new condition. They worked with my insurance so all I had to do was drop it off, leave with a rental vehicle, then pick up my new" car the next day (quicker than I expected!). They even cleaned my car. I went here for an insurance claim after my car was rear ended. They rented a beautiful vehicle to me which saved me time. They completed the work in half the estimated time and took the time to detail my car before returning it to me. Very professional and the work looks great. I really don't want to have to bring my car in for body work again, but if I have to, it'll be here.
