These guys have no idea what they’re doing. My brand new AC unit they installed in my house failed everyday last summer during the heat wave. This year first few days of heat and guess what, my AC unit failed again.They also installed the HRV unit in my house and ducting which they did not properly duct where they should be drawing bad air to exhaust out. Installed incorrectly as per the user manual for the product. They installed it above my washer dryer and when I asked how I would change the filter, they said easy no problem where it’s installed. A year later go to check the filter and can’t remove it because the door doesn’t have enough clearance. Then they decide to move the unit away from my washer and dryer, and have a look at their disgusting finishing work. Best of all, after they move it, the electrical cord was too short to plug in and told me to buy my own extension cord. Even better than that, after I bought an extension cord, the unit no longer powers up and is dead.

These guys are absolutely unbelievable. Not only are they impossible to get ahold of, they cannot do or complete a proper installation, and they no show when you request them to fix what they started.I wouldn’t recommend them under any circumstances. Avoid at all costs.I moved into a new place (newly built) where they installed the HVAC system and AC. The AC does not cool properly and the system does not filter air properly resulting in extremely high humidity and unstable and variable temps all over the house.I followed up with Arsh who came to look at it and said there wasn’t enough coolant/Freon in the unit and said he would top it up— in mid June (when it was already supposed to be ready). He said someone would come back the same day.Him or his crew never came to do the top up. No one came. I asked him again.He then said someone would come on Monday. Nobody came on Monday.I followed up again much later with the humidity and circulation issues. He said someone would come the following day.No one came. I followed up again right past the time he was supposed to be here and he said he won’t make it today. It is past the 1st week of July with no resolution in sight.This is costing me hundreds of dollars in business since my business depends on stable humidity and temperature.Getting them to finish what they started is like pulling teeth. Absolutely awful experience and very unprofessional.Wouldn’t recommend them if someone paid me.

Mission statement on their website states they “train their employees to enable them to deliver a positive customer experience first time and every time”These guys showed up to our complex in Coquitlam to install an AC unit. They were chosen by Mortise, a developer based in Surrey.When our AC unit was installed, they took the unit out of its packaging and left garbage all over my back patio and in the back garden. I had to get on my hands and knees to pick up styrofoam and garbage that was blowing in the wind all over my property. There wasn’t even an attempt on their part to clean up after themselves. Simply picked up their tools and moved on to the next unit.When i finished cleaning the initial mess up they came a second time a few weeks later. Guess what? More garbage in my garden. More styrofoam and this time wiring that wasn’t even attempted to be picked up.Take some pride and clean up after yourselves. Lazy and pathetic if your values state “the work you do today becomes a benchmark for generating referral based business”.0/10. Would not recommend to anyone.

Had AC unit installed in brand new build. Worked good first year. Year 2 wasn't blowing cold. Could not get them to service the unit. Called another tech who said refrigerant was low and topped it up. Worked again. Year later same issue, could not get these guys to service. Called another company who did a pressure test and determined a leak somewhere. Luckily the leak was not in the piping in the walls but from the unit itself in the attic. Parts not available as it was probably cheap junk installed. Used for about 60 days in 6 years, have to get a new unit as this one is junk.
