This shop fixed my RAV4 about 2 years ago on the body and trim, the service was excellent. When I installed rear camera couple weeks ago, I damaged several pull out pins. I drove my car to this shop this morning, the owner and a technician fixed those pins for me right away and without let me waiting. I try to pay this bill, the owner is so nice, said this is an easy fix for them and did not charge any money. With those two time experiences, I highly recommend this shop.

Jerry has been extremely accommodating and patient waiting for all the insurance issues to be settled prior to fixing my vehicle. Horrible experience. Staff are not helpful and Made me feel like a nuisance and would not service my vehicle after my insurance claim was over. I wanted extra work done and was referred elsewhere. Very upset and disappointed. Also my car was detailed and there was a very noticeable stain on my passenger seat that is still there. Assuming it was from the protectant that is used to make the plastic shiny in the car.

Jerry was great. Other body shops wanted to make a big repair. He took the time and realized that a minor repair would do the trick and saved us a lot of money. These guys went above and beyond.
