Installed new air conditioner had the entire upstairs insulated. Thermostat put in gentleman were very efficient, friendly, and professional. Very pleasant experience. I was greatly and professionally assisted by Harshita. We had a few Kinks to iron out and she resolved all issues professionally and 100% to my satisfaction. Friendly, professional, and a delight to speak with. Awesome company!

The company was supposed to buy out my previous provider's contract. It's been three months of being charged by BOTH providers with no response from my direct text messages to the agent or my email to customer service. I'm hoping this is not an into the fire from the frying pan type deal. Will update once contact is made and the issue is resolved*Update*Immediate resolution, I received the funds I paid to the other company and the bill credit has been applied. The buyout is in process. A new customer portal is coming which will eliminate the need to call in. A step in the right direction for a 5 star rating.

I posted the below review few days back and got a call from some Khalida immediately after this post. She promised that the payment will be done by Tuesday but as usual, it was not done and now her number is unreachable.Don't believe the sweet words the sales representative say. For sure you will be put into collections if you buy Provincial Smart Home products. They will never keep up their word. You will end in debt between 15k - 40k including buyouts with high interest rates. They don't care after installation. I will share my experience with this company in all the groups and make the people aware of this company.We have initiated buyout in January and we were told that they will be taking care of all the buyouts and that we need not worry about that.We sent the final bills of the buyouts on March 21. It's been more than 2 months and they are not paid off.We are put into collections for non-payment of the final bills. We have sent numerous emails and calls but we were continuously been told that they will be done but no date was provided.We even forwarded an email which we got regarding collections but they did not bother about that.They were pushing on other teams within provincial smart home and they do not have transfer mechanism on calls.Customer care reps are of no use and do not have access to any information. I am being told the same info since the past 3 weeks that the status of my buyouts is ready to be paid but they won't say when will that be done.They will say they called back but we are unavailable but surprisingly I won't get only their calls. They will never call back.We have them business but they put us into collections.Don't lose your money.Beware.Update: Mohammad from Provincial Home Services called and resolved our payout issues.Thank you very much for your support Mohammad.

I had insulation put in and a tankless hot water heater installed. They came quickly and the technicians doing the installs were great, however, I still have not received the rebates as promised. Also, you have to pay for the energy audit even though the salesperson that came, said that he did the audit and we would receive the rebates shortly. I am still waiting for the energy audit to be performed and still have not received the rebate on my electrical bill. This equipment was installed in December and I am still waiting.Edit: Since I posted this review, Khadija reached out to me and we had our energy audit today and she helped with us getting our rebates. She was a delight to deal with, and I am so thankful for all her help and follow up.

I was approached by a representative, Aman Bhardwaj from Provincial Smart Home In the month of March 2023. He offered us upgrade water heater, insulation and to buy out Water softener and contract says that they take care of the buyout from existing water heater and for water softener. I pay Provincial Smart Home bi-weekly and I'm still making payments to BOTH previous providers monthly approx $125 per month. Previous water heater charged me rental for past 4 months approx $40 and also charged this month for buyout $1480, whereas Provincial Smart was suppose to do this as per contract. It’s been 4 months of hassle - why this wasn’t informed to customer upfront so customers can make informed decisions. At time of making sales he made it look all good and said it ll be taken care in few weeks and now he doesn’t even answer calls or texts or support clients. They processed for taking payment from me very quickly. But now when customer is following up on processing buyouts to stop double payments and return money that’s been charged from 4 months - there is no response. Their customer service is so bad - everyday it’s same story we have noted down and some one would get back to me but no one does. I keep getting shoved away. Ridiculous in this tough time how you are making people go through this hassle. Frustrating don’t fall for it. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if there is an option.

Santiago and Frank - helpful setting up the smart devices and polite in our interactions. Waiting over two hours for both workers to arrive at second house. No contact. They completed work at first property quickly, then haven’t shown up.
