If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked an appointment online, three days in advance for my wife to have digital fingerprints scanned. We arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment and were informed that Peter stepped out to pick someone up at the train station. We waited 40 minutes for him to return. When he didn't, we asked the receptionist of the building to call him. She informed us that he would not be coming back. I called him the next day to see what happened and to re-book an appointment. He was unavailable again, so I left a message and asked him to return my call. Two weeks later, I am still waiting for a return phone call. Horrible

Al handled my US visitors waiver once and then also helped me with my Record Suspension/Pardon and then finally with my US immigration waiver. I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism and the calm that came over me while dealing with Al they all of it. Both times when I went to YYC with my packet I was complimented by the USCIS officers how complete and proper everything was and I never had to return because something was missing. It’s been a few years since this was all done but it sure feels good having crossed paths with Al and Legal ease. There are a lot of shady companies out there and the lie like no tomorrow in order to take more fees from you, Al was up front and concise from the 1st minute I sat down with him.

Peter is patient and thorough with getting the fingerprints done correctly. Way better than having to book an appointment with the RCMP.

Allan was very helpful. He was happy to answer all of my questions, got everything together for me and mapped out exactly what the cost was going to be from the beginning. There were no hidden fees, everything happened exactly how he said it would. I highly recommend his services.

Where do I begin? I’ve been with Al for 10 years. Everything was fine until this last year. I hired/paid him for pardon services. next month my forms will be expiring. Which will cost me more money. He sent it in to the government two times without having the right information having them sending it back I requested, my file I’ve shared my frustrations given my life is changed for the worst due to a car accident which leads me to change careers as I used to be a painter. He does not communicate with me leaving. Me sending messages wondering what’s happening. My patience is gone after his loss emailed to me taking no responsibility. I have every right to be upset and angry. I wouldn’t recommend this company for any services. I will be going to BBB as well. Pls stay far away from Allen Johansson here he is the owner and if I could show the email he send to me with his excuses and opinions and blaming me is quite disgusting. I don’t pay him for any of that, I paid him to complete my file in a timely and professional manner I got neither.
