Staff very friendly, felt safe with my mask back on and loads of sanitiser available. Used to be scared of going to the dentists before I made the switch over to Three Towns Dental Care, now I look forward to my check ups. Lyle always makes me feel comfortable and I’ve not had a bad experience at all since making the move.

The staff at the three towns dental practice are absolutely brilliant at there jobs. I suffer from anxiety and like most I haven’t always had the best experience with dentists but from the reception to the chair I was thinking this is a great example of customer/patient service because they were all genuinely nice people and it’s not a forced niceness you get in a lot of surgery’s. The problems I have with my teeth are of my own fault threw a few years of neglect and not once did I feel put down or embarrassed by it, the staff were second to none in getting me a plan sorted to get back to healthy teeth. I have been a patient at this practice for a few years now and I am absolutely privileged to have a wonderful dentist as Becky. She is always so pleasant and takes time to explain what work is being done. I used to be very nervous when visiting the dentist but Becky has totally changed my outlook. I have absolutely no fears now! I get withdrawal symptoms now between my 6 month checkups! Thank you Becky for looking after my dental health.

The front line staff are so nice and helpful, and put you at ease. My dentist (Pamela) is amazing, so patient, and instantly puts you at ease. If you're looking for a dental practice, I'd definitely recommend them.

The reception staff at the Three Towns Dental Practice in Dockhead St are all so welcoming on arrival. It had been a while since my last visit and I was feeling a bit anxious but my dentist (Mary Frances) is just lovely and instantly put me at ease before fully explaining what she was going to do.
