Mark has cleaned our gutters for about 5 years now. He’s always very responsive. He is friendly and punctual. He even sends us pictures when the job is complete. This is a great benefit to us because it is a rental property and we’re not always there to assess his work. I’m also going to hire him for window cleaning. I asked this company to clean the down spouts on my gutters and they were prompt in coming to my home. After inspection, they determined that there was no work required. I was not charged for the inspection and I appreciate their honesty. I will definitely be calling them again.

Right from the start Mark took good care of our home. They did a fantastic job and we plan on using them again.Mark came out and washed the siding and gutters of our four-plex in Cloverdale. My three neighbors are also very happy with the work. It was a large job and Mark handled it no problem.

We desperately needed the moss removed from our roof and thought it was going to be an impossible, long and expensive procedure. After searching the net we saw that Cascadia had on-line estimates that compared the price to the size of your home in pictures - bonus! We called for an estimate and Mark was reliable, fast and honest. He had us booked-in and the work completed along with an amazing clean-up quickly. Mark gave us great service. Was able to fit us in on short notice and was nice to have on the job site. Really nice to find a local guy who does good work and we will certainly have him back. He cleaned out our cutters, cleaned off the roof, and cleaned up everything that came down on the ground as well.

Unfortunately our experience with this company is not favourable for the following reasons and felt it was important to share our concerns. We hired this company to clean our windows and wash the outside of the house. We had checked the reviews and they were mostly favourable which is why we selected the company. In hindsight we should have paid more attention to the negative reviews as they matched our experience.1. The windows were not cleaned well at all. A few windows were entirely missed, others weren't cleaned around the edges, gumming caused by labels not removed, a few labels not removed at all, smudge spots in centre of some of the windows, scratch on one window (we can't 100% confirm this was them but it wasn't there prior and it's not an area that gets used so not sure how it would have got there) many streaks and spots on the outside as and they washed the house AFTER the windows were cleaned and water was left on the windows.2. When they washed the house, Items were not moved out of the way so shoes etc got wet.3. Too much water pressure was used on the garage door and it soaked the inside of the garage.4. The generator was stood on to wash the windows instead of using a ladder.5. They didn't have the proper equipment (i.e. needed to borrow a stepping stool for the windows).6. I asked Mark's assistant if they would be there when I came back in an hour (I was gone less than an hour and my husband was home and available) he indicated yes they would be. However when I came back they were gone and hadn't even mentioned they were leaving to my husband who would have paid them once he confirmed they were complete. It was odd that we didn't hear from them until 3 days later when they requested payment.Given the above issues and taking into consideration the entire job needed to be redone, we still paid them for 1/2 which we felt was more than fair. Rather than reflecting on this experience, Mark's response was to accuse us of trying to get out of paying which was blatantly false. I was honest with him when I advised him we felt it necessary to place a review to share our experience he again became defensive and stated You paid half price for the work and still want to write a review. This is completely unfair
