Delivered the portable wifi unit one week late in a two week rental. Had to email the company a dozen times. Every day they would claim it would arrive. I incurred over 100$ in data fees because of the continous delays.

I LOVE THIS POCKET WIFI!! I went to the Pacific Mall location to buy this and I used it with my friends over the summer for 4 days and with 5 devices and the internet speed was still good. The customer service was great too as they were really friendly, answered my questions and they spoke multiple languages. The price was also really affordable! We will go to this place again!!

best company to get either the pocket wifi or travel sim card. i went and tried them put back in aug 1st until the 13 my family went to california i can say that yuki and staff are very helpful because i had issues with one of the sim cards and they really helped me out to figure out the problem in no time so customer service for me is an A+ and now i came back to them to rent the pocket wifi because i am going to new york city, i didnt know that the store is close on sunday i live in oakville so its roughly a an hour and a half drive to just come to markham i tried and called uki and she actually came to the office even though her store was close and she even brought her kids with her i felt bad because she had to come to work on her day off but this is an example of a great customer service thank you so much yuki and staffs. i give you guys A+ for a great service.
