Mark is a pleasure to do business with. Our company recently purchased a new water-fed pole system but there were some technical issues with it. Mark was able to sort this out for us and ship us a new unit from the USA all within 1 week. He is extremely knowledgeable about window cleaning and he is always incredibly patient with us when answering our questions. To top it off, he has exceptional customer service skills. We are very happy with every product we have purchased from Beautiful view and will be purchasing all future supplies from this store. Great job Mark!

Mark is great to deal with. He carries great products, he knows the products, and is very responsive. He also has one of the best window cleaning supply websites/online stores, that is intuitive and informing, with helpful videos on products he carries. I had a problem with a piece of equipment I bought from him and he took care if it, and very quickly, and professionally. I would highly recommend this store & Mark to anyone in window cleaning.
