We were very much looking forward to having this product on our front door entrance patio, but due to terrible customer service we decided that waiting 3 hours past a scheduled appointment was very inconsiderate and quite frankly rude. The first time we did receive messages as to the delay but the second appointment resulted in a no call , no text, no response to a voice message and then 3 days later we received a call saying we could have them come to our home to wrap up the deal. Thanks but no thanks Sadie and Walter, totally unacceptable.

The product looks fine, but be careful where you install it. We put it in our carport where rain water runs in and accumulates in large puddles. Every time it rains, we have to wash out the entire area to remove all the excess puddling AND it gets very muddy. So requires more than one sponging each time it rains. The water turns to ice in the winter and is extremely dangerous. Its an expensive product and will have to be replaced. It requires far too much maintenance.

Excellent company. The workers were 100% professional with top quality work. It completely changed the appearance of our house. We had the front step, sidewalk along the side of the house and back pad done. Everyone so far has praised the work and way it has transformed our old concrete. Highly recommended.

Went to the home show and was given a quote of $10/ sqft. When I booked the appointment it was never mentioned that there was a minimum fee of $1200.00. That would mean my job would be $20/sqft. I told them what I had been quoted but didnt make a difference. I emailed a few questions to them and never got a reply. They obviously arent interested in customer service.

Don’t bother with this product! Purchased this product 2 years ago and installed it myself with great results. A year later a squirrel of all things chewed a four inch diameter hole through it.Once they have your money try getting any help afterwards! After weeks of being ignored they were going to send me address where I could drive hundreds of kilometers to pick up because they won’t send you a small amount to do repairs! I didn’t even receive address! Totally disappointed and would strongly advise everyone to install another product! Because I’m going to have to!Jeff M , HALIBURTON On

We asked Flexstone to apply their surface to the front porch and steps our model home at The Oaks in Ridgeway and the result is very attractive and professionally done!

Saw the commercial on TV and emailed. Never heard back. That is not professional.

These guys did an amazing job. Very happy with everything !!! Totally recommend.
