I will not recommend it at all. They are not trying to make people happy by repairing their cars. It would be fine if you fix the dent of a cheap car, But your precious luxury car should not go here. There is a possibility that the car will be repaired, but the possibility that you will be happy is quite low.

My truck got a pretty bad rock chip that started to rust. They fixed it up perfectly! Very happy with the service this shop provided. I will definitely use Bryan’s auto body if I need auto body work in the future. Thanks again!

Very lovely people!! Very friendly upon arrival, and very helpful with every aspect of the service. I had someone rear end me this winter and the cost was covered by their insurance. The mechanic gave me an option to either have ICBC give me the money for the car, or fix it. We decided to fix it, and the result was amazing. Made the car look in so much better condition. The entire back panel was shiny and new; and the boot could now be opened and closed. And the service was QUICK. I literally came up, no appointment necessary, mechanic took pictures to evaluate, told me he'd call me in the next few days. The entire thing was fixed within 3 days. Comfy car given to drive around while I waited for it to be fixed. Fully recommend.

Brought in my vehicle after a collision. I was asking questions about the repair work he was going to do, and he then became uncomfortable and told me to take it elsewhere. All I wanted to know was if he was replacing the panel or patching it. I didn't care about the outcome, but was curious for my own sake since it was a new vehicle. He kept insisting to take it elsewhere. So I did, and had a much better and friendlier experience elsewhere.

Excelent works here...now Hans work alone slowly but do a very good job repairing cars.

Impolite and unable to do business. Won't answer questions or take appointments or when they do, they will charge you extra for an assessment then tow it back elsewhere. Not sure why ICBC has this on their website as a collision center.

Awful experience here. Charged unnecessarily for things, screwed up the initial job, were rude about it and wanted me to pay for the loaner car when the extra days needed were due to their screw up. Who pays for a loaner car, anyway? And $25 a day? Whatever. These guys are corner cutters and angle-seekers. DO NOT use them.

I would give this a negative rating if I could! I went here to ask about a problem with my dead battery I suspected originated with the alternator. The older man working here was so rude! He told me I was an idiot and that my car could run without an alternator. I took it to another autobody shop in Squamish and they replaced my (get this) alternator!! Women, do not go here, he will demean you and he doesn't even know what he's talking about!
