Used Liberty to help close out taxes for my Mom's estate. Very quick and efficient, especially since I am in the US, and had to do this remotely. Customer communication was terrific and they had all the tools to do the remote work. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience. We needed help doing 3 years of taxes and we were missing SO many tax forms… Xavier Michael was super helpful and he processed everything quickly! Also very affordable compared to H&R. We will DEFINITELY be back and we highly recommend this location! Thank you Xavier!

I been going to H&R forever but they charge so much, it goes up each year. My friend recommended Liberty and they did a fast and good job. Best thing, it cost way cheaper.Staff are friendly. I also saw couple branches that employ special needs. Which is a big thumbs up.

I was amazed again how quick and efficient it was, and under 20 minutes, just check each branch out before you go. If you want cash back, not all branches have it !Reasonably priced and way better than H and R.#I highly recommend this place !

Wow! I was so stressed going into my appointment and Xavier Michael very quickly made me feel at ease. Not only did he efficiently whip up my taxes, he was very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back and will be recommending him! Thanks for everything!!

Office was closed but she answered my call, also corresponded through email, quoted us price and agreed to meet us on the Saturday. My wife and I waited for her at the agreed time. She never showed up, never replied to my messages, never offered an explanation or an apology. Just nothing... So I went to Abbotsford Income Tax. They are open until 10pm all week to accommodate working people. He was fast, efficient and he was friendly. He charged almost half the price that this Liberty lady" quoted us! DON'T use Liberty Tax Service... Go to Abbotsford Income Tax instead..."

Loved going here. I’m at student at UFV & liberty tax made it easy & enjoyable. I got the most back on my return I’ve ever gotten & Xavier was super helpful for mine & my boyfriends taxes. Would recommend this place to any person wanting a quick, easy & enjoyable experience doing their taxes!

I’ve been to a few places over the years when it comes to tax season. Now that I’ve got much more complicated taxes that requires vehicle expenses, mileage, work related expenses etc. I’ve been searching for the place that simplifies this process with next to no headaches. Liberty taxes gets a 5 star rating for their superb handling of my taxes with absolutely no headaches.Last year I went to H&R Block which became absolute troublesome. From here on out Liberty will have my services.Thanks Guy!

Great service Judi was very helpful and both returns were done in half an hour even charged me less than what had been quoted over the phone. Definitely the place to go. Thanks for all your hard work

Extremely professional staff with great and fast service.They're following covid guidelines rigorously too. Office is neat.I highly recommend them.You guys should have an Instagram page.
