I am aware that everyone is busy right now. Chris, who I assume is either an owner or the the person that does the quotes, was very clear with me that it would be impossible to get work done this season, but he would come by on Wednesday evening or Thursday evening, of this week, to look at the job and get a quote for early in the spring. We were communicating via text, and when I didn’t hear from him, I sent a text asking if he was coming Wednesday evening. No acknowledgement or response. I texted again on Thursday asking if he was coming. No acknowledgement or response. If you are too busy to come and look at the job, I understand. But it’s very annoying when he says he’s coming, and then not only does no one show up, but can’t even acknowledge a text. Maybe this company does good work, I don’t know, but customer service is lacking. I sent a final text this morning, and again assuming that I won’t hear from him.
