This guy has no patience at all. Driving 30 over the speed limit and was driving rash. Never used their service and now never want to.

The driver at Voyago was courteous and polite but showed up 20 minutes early. WHY ??? so they could tack on the 50 percent waiting charge maybe ?? The driver drove above the speed limit and swerved from lane to lane. The van drove like a broken down cattle truck. ROUGH, DIRTY, RATTLING, DISGUSTING and UNSAFE. The wheelchair they provided was substandard. I sat the entire hour in fear and pain and I AM WARNING EVERYONE about using this overpriced and unsafe service. It cost me $250 to go from London UH to Tillsonburg in a broken down wreck. I reported the problem to Voyago customer service and they called back weeks later with a luke warm response. FIND AN ALTERNATIVE to Voyago or get ready for the worst ride of your life

I have used this company 3 different times. They do not follow directions at all. There are by far the worst medical transportation service I have ever used. All 3 times they did not have the right equipment for my family member to use. I will never use this company again!!!!!!

Lost all my mothers belongings. This was the last transport she took and they lost everything, didnt care to look for the belongings, pretended like it was impossible to contact drivers. Absolutely no concern for patient care, completely the opposite of what I would expect from a company in this business.

This is the worst organization I have ever worked for in Canada. The manager and supervisor openly discriminated against me for been a black person. They literally messed me up mentally and psychologically. In short, I was frustrated out of the system. Another black guy from Ghana also narrated his ordeal there. The government should secretly carry out some investigations in this horrible place.

Unsafe and unethical... says it all! Worked as a contractor and employee for 8 years. They had terrible equipment, management, and of course vehicles. Never work for or book these clowns!

0 STARS!!!Passenger Van: #2050 (older, female driver, wearing some type of eyewear)Date: Wednesday, June 21, 2023Time: approximately 2.00pmLocation: Highbury & Cheapside to Highbury & Huron areaThis driver was seen driving very fast. I was driving 60 km/h, and she sped past me. She must've been going about 80 km/h. Even worse, she was looking at her cell phone - which she held between her left hand and the steering wheel, as she drove. She made a right turn into Montcalm Secondary school. I hope she's not responsible for the safety of students. I was afraid for my own safety, and others on the road.Please, please address this issue - both speed, and driver distraction, result in preventable collisions.Thank you.Very Concerned London Driver

I worked for this company for a few years. I loved my coworkers and the office staff. Heavy handed discipline over small accidents. It's going to be hard to keep drivers happy!

Company that repeatedly shows how unreliable they are. When you call in asking why they are always late the receptionist will give any number of excuses and say she did her job. Avoid at all costs

Poor, unfair, dishonest billing practice. Who overcharges before an actual service is provided? even lawyers charge only a retainer. No allowances given for normal delays. It seems like they can be late, but not the client.The booking office charged an overestimated amount on my credit card before the service, just in the event there is a delay on our part. We had a companion to make note of the times. The transport team was late.The times of arrival and drop off noted by the companion did not match the transport team.The reason was traffic". They charged more time than the actual time the trip took.They did not have to wait as I specifically alerted the staff not to be late as it will cost us a ridiculous amount. This billing practice only serves them. While we understand that there is little control on traffic
