October 2019I would like to thank the 2 paramedics who took care of me from my home all the way to the hospital. They were friendly and professional.Unfortunately, I had a bad experience during my time at the emergency dept. of St. Albert hospital.I sense one of you tried to communicate my plea for a bed to the head nurse but it's beyond your jurisdiction and has no say to it.My rating would have been a 5☆ rating if I had a complete satisfactory overall experience.To the management of this branch, kindly send my deep appreciation to both paramedics, they're the best!

The paramedics I had. I don't know if they're from this exact location or not but they treated me with the utmost respect and I was having a domino pain so. The driver drove really slow so I wouldn't be in much pain and I would like to get them. A card saying thank you but I don't know how to go about doing that if somebody can let me know that be great
