Our hot water heater started leaking. McCaskill was there the next morning to replace the tank and bring it up to code. Fast and professional service.

Over a month ago there was a leak below my apartment unit into the communal laundry. My wife and I were the first to report it, and though strata had someone come and review the problem, my landlady was left out of knowing any results of the initial investigation. She contacted McCaskill around that same time to confirm there were no issues. Despite a very confusing mixup from your front desk with us being contacted yesterday and confirming there was no further issue, Kirk arrived today to assess the situation and was an excellent representative for your business. He was incredibly professional despite the mixup, and even did his due diligence to confirm there was no further issue.

I had a terrible experience with this plumbing company. They came to my house to fix a water seepage problem but were unable to find the source of the leakage. Before they started working

I had sewage backing up through a storm drain at my house. Right from the first call the guy I spoke with was super friendly and he was able to send out someone early the next morning to sort the problem. The plumber Kirk who arrived was able to sort the annoying sewage problem quickly and was just an overall great guy to deal with. I couldn't recommend these guys more, top staff all around.

Major clog in kitchen sink drainage line. Complex issue that took some time but Kirk solved the issue perfectly. I highly recommend this company for any related plumbing issues.

Kirk was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. If we have any other plumbing problems I will not hesitate to use this company .

Completely re did our pluming,new hot water tank,exhaust fan, new fixtures in all bathrooms, installed new shut off valves for the outside taps, new toilets(3) and the countless phone calls for advice and coming to our home for estimates.
