We recently installed laminate countertops as part of our kitchen renovation. We used PF Custom Countertops when we renovated our basement 10 years ago and were extremely happy with the choice and the service we received, so they were our first call for this renovation.The gentleman (Darius) who came out to template offered his advice for a more seamless finish, as well as suggestions for a better overall look and feel. He also carefully considered the size of the pieces being installed and the ease or difficulty with which that could be accomplished. He was very thorough and professional.David came to do the install. He took great care in our home, did a wonderful job on the install and then took the time to clean up the sawdust afterwards. He was also thorough and professional.When we had questions during the manufacture stage, everyone from reception to the account manager were pleasant, helpful and transparent. Not to mention their timeliness allowed my kitchen to be completed before Christmas. Amazing!We would not hesitate to use PF again or to recommend them to someone else. Thank you to your entire team!

We have used PF custom counter tops a few times in the past for renovations. This time we had a new home built and PF Custom Counter tops was the supplier to builder. We went with laminate for our kitchen and was told it was a higher level of laminate. In under 1 year we could see where areas of the countertop finish was showing wear. The mrwp from PF came out and took pics and claims it is a lighting issue and not breakdown in finish. Very disappointed with this response

Hey just had a countertop install completed. Complete pros. Came in when they said they would, and finished the job efficiently, and also finished the caulking at the end as well. Very happy with finished product, and service all around

June 27/2022Quality countertops and Backsplash - Customer Service is outstanding …. They actually really care that the customer is 100% happy.Our countertops were installed a couple of weeks ago and made an amazing difference.We weren’t completely happy with the backsplash first time around (I am VERY picky). They offered a significant discount which we declined and within twenty minutes they agreed to a remake. The remake was installed 9 days later.I cannot say enough good things about their staff. The guy that came out initially (offering helpful little hints such as maybe put some felt on the bottom of your canisters so countertops don’t get scratched), the installers that were here on Friday were amazing. Both were pleasant but Don from Vietnam absolutely stood out with his quest for perfection on the installation. Very respectful of our home, making sure it was perfect for me before glueing and siliconing. Excellent representation for his company. It’s nice that in this day and age there are still people who take so much pride in their work.Polite and friendly interaction from Nicole who calls to book the installation dates.Quartz countertops and backsplashes aren’t for bargain hunters but if you want to absolutely transform your kitchen with a quality product and a company that really wants you to be a 100% satisfied customer then look no further than PF.You’ll be glad you did, we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

We had Chris come do a touch-up on our countertop as there was a small nick in it. He was very friendly, put a blanket down under his tool box and got us fixed up quickly. Nothing but good things to say about the service.

Each individual or team I came in contact with were very prompt in delivering service and professional. Highly recommend PF countertops! They have a good selection of quartz and granite. We picked a leathered granite and it looks perfect in our kitchen. I recently noticed a chip along the beveled edge and contacted them and Chris came out within less than a week of my call and fixed it. You can't even tell there was a chip there to begin with. Thank you PF!
