I’ve known John for many years before he works for Coopers and always a great experience dealing with him. His staff are well trained, and always accommodating when it comes to ordering the right equipments. These guys moves mountains when it comes to customers satisfaction. I highly recommend this place and always refer people to come here for rental services. Top notch services and all about customer service. They will always have my business!

As a new employee of Cooper, I have never been at such a great place to work. We have a wide variety of construction and lanscape equipment. And the staff is very knowledgeable and are well trained in the equipment.

Horrible service DO NOT USE THEM, i went in to get a lift rented. I set everything up and needed it moved towards the end of the rental across the driveway to a loading dock but didn't get done. I called in multiple times to confirm, spoke to Andrew and another lady and i was assured it would get done. Needless to say the lift didnt get moved. It's now the next day and I'm on site with a dead lift and still outside in the rain. Adam is incompetent and has been kicked off our sites and never allowed to return to property. He seemed very disheveled on friday and almost dropped the generator he had attached to his rig because he didn't have it strappedproperly. I thought maybe he was having a bad day and i brushed it off but obviously he's just not good at what he does. I would use HERC rental they are way way better and haven't failed me once, i figured cooper was way closer to use but never again. Renter beware....

The Best Equipment Rental Place In Town Amazing staff super friendly and helpful

Great place to rent equipment, rented a commercial heater, looked practically new, lots of stock and variety available compared to Stephenson. Best part is the knowledgeable staff. I dealt with Amit who was great help, excellent customer service and really helpful. Made the process seamless. Will come back.

Andrew & Sherry were absolutely amazing to deal with. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed for my job. Thank you and I will definitely be back for my next rental needs
