Really..it's a lot easier to believe the bad reviews than good...especially when they outweigh the good.Shame on the owners for not responding to comments..good or bad.

Great food- fresh and yummy , great prices, great staff! Love this place! More then decade shop there!

Like the other review. The store has some wonderful products. And as a niche store for product Hungarian, it's very good. However they have some miserable and rude staff. And we all know that lousy customer service can ruin even the best stores. Someone passed comment that only Hungarian speaking people get better treatment. I hope not. Either way, by the other reviews I've read, bad customer service is creeping up on them. It will cost them in their bottem line eventually. Let's hope better management will prevail!

Have a great shop over there, small shop with lots of variations. Very local and fresh meat.

Small little shop, European (Romanian and Hungarian)delicious food. Most bought and will always go back for are the: Ciolan afumat, ceafa porc,mici) Most of cold cuts are delicious. You won't regret adding this to your regular shop to place.

Great products (when available). Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. On multiple occurrences staff were rude to us, especially Monica. I've seen others complain about the unprofessional/rude staff, but it seems nobody cares. I will spread the word throughout the community as this is unacceptable. Also, I am not expecting a response as the others didn't get one either. You will continue to lose customers due to this garbage.

I'm not one to post a bad review. But it needs to be done over many years we have shopped at this store because they have amazing quality meat. Yet I and many others have always been treated unfairly. Needless to say if you're not white you are being treated rudely.In my Hispanic community we love chicharron. They have amazing quality meat. So we like to buy in bulk to make a special meal. I will purchase more than 5 pounds if they'd let me. I've been told they can't sell to my people because they have to save for their customers" I politely have told them that I'm a customer too and a returning one. If anything your product is so good you should be happy it flies off the shelf and many latin people will buy it. She said no. So would only sell me a small portion or would hesitate to sell to me. I've had many other friends and family from other diverse communities as well tell me this has happened to them too. It's sad.I'm not asking these items for free I'd happily pay. But in the end the staff are the way they are. And no amount of communication can change their mind.So if anyone is looking to buy chicharron you can purchase at Starskys in mississauga. They would happily take in any customer."

Shopping here for years with no complaints until today. Purchased Mititei that didn't taste the same or had the right texture of the traditional recipe. This sausage should be light in texture and juicy. What we got was some altered recipe. Very disappointed.

My favourite place to buy my Hungarian delicacies for many, many years.Their product is fresh, authentic, flavors are wonderful and service always comes with a smile.

Always a treat to go, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
