I had to replace a lost phone and was very concerned about retrieving all my information. Brock Gabara looked after me and he was simply amazing. Knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and thoroughly professional. It was a complicated process and whenever he hit an obstacle, he figured out quickly how to overcome it.

Brandon Laverman was the sales representative that helped me in the Maple Ridge location.His customer service skills exceeded my expectations.He was lovely and very patient. Insane level of customer service from Paul. We had some snags (none were his fault) while trying to port over 6 lines from a competitor and Paul handled them all like a pro. Once we got everything done we had an issue pop up for one of the lines and it was a Sunday night after hours. I reached out to Paul and he walked me through the fix. Can’t say enough about him. Goes above and beyond. My new cell phone guy! Not going anywhere else ever!!!! Go see Paul you will not be disappointed.
