Dairy Queen (Treat)

It's Dairy Queen in a food court. Blizzards, ice cream cakes, and all their frozen treats. Their hot foods are here but slightly limited. Staff are quick to make purchased food and you won't wait long. There is ample parking from the mall or access from transit through the Canada line at Brighouse station or the bus hubs.

Tried the great green goodness. Loved that it tasted natural with no sweetness added.

I've had a fair share of Oreo Blizzards in my days, and I have to say Richmond Center's is by far the worst I've had. The Blizzard essentially had no oreos, it was white from top to bottom. I asked the older woman who made it if this was normal, she said with a terrible attitude This is normal

I agree with other reviewers seems like this Dairy Queen can't manage to get well trained staff, likely because franchisee doesn't pay much attention to detail. Products are served barely at their minimum standard.Banana split definitely is for two.

Always enjoy going there. Got my sons birthday cake made and they acceeded my expectations.

The staff made our banana split sundae correctly. They will also super friendly and efficient as well.

They charged me around $8,40 before tax for banana split when its on the sign says $7,89 what a rip off

I am writing to complain the poor customer service that I receive today. I was waiting patiently for an employee at the counter for over five minutes and no one came while there is no other customer in line. There was a female Indian employee who saw me at the counter waiting, however she didn't come to me nor ask what I need. She appears busy doing her own thing. Until a new guest came to the counter next to me and spoke to another employee to order. I asked them who can take my order and the other male employee said it was with him. I have been standing there for over 5 minutes without any employee acknowledging that I would like to order. If it is a busy time with customers during peak hours, I definitely understand. However, what I experienced today was an absolute disappointment and unacceptable customer service.

I think this is the worst DQ branch in BC, careless staff!

Our first visit to this location was extremely pleasant and beyond satisfying as it would be at any fast food joint. It was very memorable as our blizzards were served to us upside down, and loaded with toppings inside and on top. We couldn’t wait to go back for another.Our next visit was where everything went downhill. We made the same order and the blizzards came out sloppy and just “white”. There were barely any toppings and blizzard was “white” all the way to the bottom. For a $9 cup of ice cream… we will not make the same mistake. Now I just buy my own toppings and make it at home. Sigh!
