I asked for a decaf peppermint mocha and they refused to give me one. They asked me if I wanted a hot chocolate instead I replied no. And still received a hot chocolate that tasted horrible.

I used the drive thru to grab two hot drinks and as usual were welcomed by a friendly batista and served by yet another barista. Why would I go anywhere else? Consistently is always appreciated!

I go to Starbucks periodically in the summertime I like the refreshers in the winter I like their hot drinks and I have Starbucks products and cups of my home and I use recycling everyday

I asked for a protein bar after we got coffee. It got rang through the register and almost thrown at me. I was impressed that they put whip cream on my coffee, at no charge eventhough they said they normally charge for that. We had a gift card of $50 so coffee and sandwiches were purchased on the gift card!

A constant reminder that being a barista is not a job everyone can do. This is not the first time nor is it even just the 10th time we've had something cut from the drink and not mentioned until I have already paid and received the drink. Not to forget that I had to ask what was excluded this time instead of being told then given the option to purchase still. This is the poorest performing Starbucks I have ever been to. This has been consistent with every single staff member so management and training is the problem.

I asked for a recommendation in regard to the new pumpkin drinks and the pumpkin cold brew was fantastic! Very tasty, just the right amount of spice and of course I had to get a delicious pumpkin loaf to go with it!
