Where do I even start… being a professional accountant I have never ever experienced this level of unprofessionalism. The female advisor made an error on my account. After following up multiple times to fix the error she started raising her voice and being very aggressive. When I asked her to listen to what I had to say she responded that I ruined her day. I hope no one ever experiences this level of horrible customer service. Not sure what level of recruiting process she went to through to be able to work there. I would never ever recommend this store or Rogers to anyone.

Today I went to this location to get a new iPhone. I didn’t have my ID on me and couldn’t get the phone which was completely understandable.But before we got to that point, I was so surprised with the attitude of the staff girl, Roshi.She was unbelievably rude and aggressive. Any question I asked her was answered with anger and the way of putting me down. This girl should get trained much better for a friendly and nice customer service. Honestly I got so happy when she told me that I have to have ID. It was a great excuse for me to leave the store since I had no more tolerance to get a service from her.This is the first time I’m writing a review for someone after many years, but my today’s experience at this location is pushing me to do so.

I went into this Rogers store, to get a new phone because I was out of a contract, and was welcomed by Mohammed,. He gave us a friendly welcome . He went above and beyond, his daily routine. Highly recommend him for your phone service needs.

They dont even deserve a 1 star rating, had the worst customer service experience. The staff was super rude, no no listening skills and raising her voice at us. We asked her to call customer service to fix the error she made and she refused to. I had to call customer service myself and talk to them. Would not recommend her or the store manager to anyone. I am leaving rogers due to the horrible customer service I have received today.

Mohammed at this location was very helpful. I highly recommend going here. The process for signing up for a plan and getting a new number very easy and fast!

Great experience today. Reza, the young man who helped me was very friendly and gave really good customer service. I travelled across the city to this location, would do it again and recommend to others.

My Husband and I bought our iPhones from here, Roshanak was the manager and she helped us so much! She provided the best service and went above and beyond what was asked. Highly reccommend this location! 5 stars

The most unprofessional crew and customer service I have ever seen in North America. Being rude and disrespectful something, becoming aggressive when the customer would like to decline the bad business is really the final touch. Would not recommend them to anyone.

They did not tell me that I have to pay extra money for the 1 year contract and comes on my bill later. Clarity and honesty are fist rules of having a business!!
