Very responsive and professional. I needed attic mold eradicated so I could continue the sale of my house. Bill fit me in for a next-day appointment and the cost was much more reasonable than what I was quoted elsewhere. Mike showed up promptly in the morning and was vey friendly, courteous and efficient. I was able to work from home during the process with no disturbances at all. Would highly recommend.

We were in the middle of selling our home and discovered we had mold. Upon many estimates we decided to hire Michigan Mold Services. The response to our call was quick, the estimate was done within 24 hours and the services very prompt. The guys did a great job and cleaned up before they left. Company wrote a professional report for us to submit. I highly recommend this company!!

MMS once again did an outstanding job in the attic for one of my clients. Bill Risner made himself available for a quick quote... which really helped my client's timing situation. Bill came to do the estimate and explained completely the services that he will be completing. The workers were quick, clean and very respectful. Michigan Mold took a very bad situation with the mold and turned it into a good experience and removed all the mold.

I highly recommend Michigan Mold Services for your mold removal needs. I had reached out to them for attic mold and Bill Risner was very responsive to my questions and request for quote. Their pricing is extremely competitive and they warranty their work! On the day of service, Mike came out and was courteous, professional and it was clear he had experience. We received a full detailed report with before and after pictures and the wood in attic looked brand new with no indication mold had ever been there!
