123 Walk-In Clinic

I'd give them 0 stars of I could horrible service won't do actual walk in appointments no in person and won't refill diabetic prescriptions because they don't do in person visits but it is actually illegal to not fill prescription for diabetics y'all putting people's lives in danger . Disgusting you shouldn't even be able to practice as a clinic and I hope you get shut down I will definitely be reporting to the medical board .

The phone call was a hour late. The Dr barely spoke to me for 30 secs. Gave me a prescription but didn’t explain it. The entire thing was done so fast that I didn’t even catch his name. I was Very disappointed with my first virtual dr experience.

Dr. Raza and his medical office assistants have been absolutely amazing. He is very thorough and everything is always prompt and professional. The MOA's always call to verify information but also as a reminder if there is something I need to bring attention to. Thank you for all of your health and professionalism! It is greatly appreciated.

The service is very convenient and efficient if you are okay with waiting a bit. I tried the urgent primary care clinic before and the wait time could be half a day so this clinic is a very good alternative. It’d be best to have 1-1.30 hours availability after the appointment time. I made an a appointment around 9am for 10.50am of the same day and got a call at 11.35am. The doctor may ask you to send in some photos for certain conditions so it’s also good to have their email address handy.

Doctor Raza is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He not caring, helpful, or knowledgeable at all. Terrible experience with him, he really should not be in this position if he is so careless and unspportive of his patients. I would not recommend anyone to see him. I rarely feel the need to complain or make bad reviews but he left me feeling worse than when I went in, with more questions and made me feel uncomfortable. He is lazy and extremely unprofessional

Dr. Requires you agree to a $30 cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours. Dr. Was over 70 min late to my appointment and spent 1min 42 sec speaking with me. Dr. Didn’t seem to care about my problem and suddenly hung up. Didn’t feel my issue was important to the Dr. Dr. Didn’t say what med I was getting or how to use it. I had to speak with the pharmacist on what to do. I would not recommend due to the serviceOnly positive was they were able to get me in the day I called but maybe that’s for a reason. My guess is, the service I got is the same for everyone

Called to book an appointment yesterday for my injury, no one answered the phone after two phone calls. Called today, Lady over the phone told me they don’t do walk ins after i just said i want to book an appointment, she then hung up so fast on me I couldn’t even get another word out. the place is called walk in clinic by the way maybe you should change the name of your clinic…

What a waste of time I book a appointment for my daughter there liek she needs physical what do we do he's like I'm a telegraph doctor well recommdations would help as getting into see docs so hard now. Worst service don't book with them.

I have heard bad reviews from this place, I know someone who walked in with a sore throat, they didn't even swab/test and gave him antibiotics which caused a chronic flare up because they didn't listen to his concerns. It was close to my place, so I thought I'd give it a try. Bad idea.Dr. Raza was rude, unprofessional, lazy, and unwilling to give me basic information like: the EMAIL HE WANTED ME TO SEND PICTURES TO (I had to ask multiple times before he sighed and told me it) or possible diagnosis or options for care. His attitude was much like I was inconvieniencing him by making an appointment.Also, how do you have a place with Walk in Clinic" in the name with no option for physical walk ins? Don't go here."

Made a mistake of picking and calling their Surrey clinic. I am giving 1 star to at least acknowledge your receptionist who have maintained professionalism everytime she answers my call however I don’t appreciate numerous attempts to reach out yet no one is responding. We are at the ER now as a result of your inactions since my sister has not taken her medication since Friday, March 24 for which you have been informed repeatedly. Her health declined and felt ill today despite numerous attemps to request for the lab results copy.You have been made aware of the need and is imperative that she is aware of the lab result as soon as the tests are in since her medication is totally dependent on it. Even Lifelabs confirmed that they had given you the result since Friday but apparently we are just an uninportant patient to you.
