The experience our property had with Classic Displays was top notch. Everything Chris did to streamline our installation to happen before their busy holiday season was a huge plus. Salem and his on site team were the icing on the cake, very professional and efficient. He was in constant communication while on property to try and minimize the disruption to our guests. As a condo board member and avid cyclist, I was tasked with purchasing bike racks for our underground parking. Over the years I have been surprised by the number of poorly designed multi bike racks on the market. The most common flaws in design are that not all bikes fit or stay upright, but most importantly don’t allow a bike frame to be locked to the rack with a standard bike lock. I became familiar with a unique design from Classic Displays which is seen in public spaces throughout Toronto and elsewhere. It is the ultimate multi bike rack as it addresses all of the flaws seen in other racks making it no surprise that it is so popular.Having contacted other companies over the past year, I was aware that costs could be prohibitive. Either the rack itself could be beyond our budget or the delivery charge would be excessive. Having now decided on the perfect rack, it was with trepidation that I reached out to CD to inquire about availability and pricing. To my delight the racks were in stock and the price, including delivery and installation was extremely reasonable.David at CD made the process easy and looked after all of the necessary arrangements. Our racks are now full and we are delighted with the convenience they provide for our residents. Wonderful to work with and lots of imaginative input from the team. Residents of the town were totally astonished at the Wow factor! The photo with the trees is the real thing....the others are the mock ups provided...and were very close to the final product. Comments on Facebook included '.....I heard gasps coming from the back seat of the car when my kids first saw the display! Incredible...'. From the beginning of the process of choosing the proper memorial bench, to dealing with the staff at Classic Displays, the follow up we received during production and shipping, the experience was fantastic. The delivery order was followed exactly as we had requested and the driver was super nice and supportive when it came to placing the pallet where we wanted it. Our staff had a very easy time putting the bench together and we can't wait for the ground to thaw out so we can place this memorial bench to be used by so many of our residents. I recently purchased a Riverside Pride Bench from Classic Displays in memory of my mother. i was extremely pleased with every part of the process. My initial contact with David MacFarlane was great. He is very knowledgeable about the companies products, and was able to give me advice regarding the best choice of bench for us. He gave us an accurate time line for the bench to be made, and communicated what was going on during the process. He replied to questions promptly either by telephone or email. The finished product is beautiful and looks amazing outside of our church.

I worked with Ryan Demchuk to purchase a community bench. He was a fantastic fellow to deal with. He got back to my many questions quickly and provided lots of guidance. He was honest about supply issues and didn’t make promises which couldn’t be kept. When the bench was delivered it was a quality product and we are very pleased with it.

I am from a Condominium Corporation in Mississauga and I ordered 2 benches to install in our tennis courts. Right from the start the sales staff, Stella was great. She gave me all the information, and pricing and everything went smoothly. The benches were ordered and were delivered very quickly. The delivery and installation went very smoothly as well. The staff members from Classic Displays, Nigel and Tim were amazing. They delivered the benches and installed them today. They were very knowledgeable and courteous and extremely efficient. They took special care when installing our benches on our tennis court flooring, and after completion we were very happy and satisfied with a very good job done. Everyone loved the bench - they couldn't believe how beautiful it was and well built. Some couldn't believe the length of it.Our donor, Concetta Di Piazza was thrilled with how it all came out, especially the plaque and that we had spelled her name correctly. lol! That would have been very embarrassing indeed.The Platinum Jubilee Crest on the legs is the piece da resistance!You and your staff have been outstanding in your professionalism, cooperation, patience, efficiency and friendliness. I could not have worked with a better company to assist with a project like this. I am hopeful that at some point in the future we will have another donor that can help us to place other furniture on our grounds.
