Horrible customer service, as a result of constant employee turnover and lack of presence in Canada. Be prepared to sit on hold if you call, and expect massive confusion over simple questions. Beware!

This company is trap for your money. They will do bare minimum in order to hit you with hidden charges. Not 1 employee was helpful and I was forced to keep in contact everyday as they would promise to call back and never did.Eventually they saw our way and reimbursed us and I thank them

This companies drivers are incredibly unsafe, and if they are like that with other drivers, what are they like with your cargo. I had a driver last night fly across 2 lanes of busy highway traffic and almost right into me. If I wasn't more aware of what was going on, I could have been killed. I had to swerve into another lane, almost hitting someone else and slamming on my brakes almost being rear-ended. So, I was almost hit from all 3 sides and that driver could have killed me. I am outraged beyond belief thinking that someone driving a transport truck could be so negligent. I was not the only person this driver cut off, and within 10 minutes I saw that driver cut yet another person off (albeit, not nearly as badly). Rarely used a signal, flying in and out of traffic and speeding (Going almost 130km) and I couldn't keep up with them. They could have killed numerous people last night!!!

Unprofessional and not helpful. Could use some basic customer service training. And some manners.

Absolutely terrible services - left (or lost) our cargo in Germany harbour & we had to investigate - find it & hire another company to deliver to final destination in our own expense, although Maersk Canada was payed for door to door service. Stay away from them!

be careful making business with Mearsk Line located in Mississauga (GTA) they will take your money but won't deliver what they signed in the contract!

Deserves ZERO stars honestly!! Avoid this company at all costs. They over charge you and you spend months trying to get your money back with 7 different people involved. Just sad!!

Terrible service. They started a SPOT BOOKING service not too long ago, claimed that as long as you cancel 7 days ahead, you will not be charged. I cancelled 10 days earlier than cut off due to shipper order not ready, and we still got charged USD 100, went through whole month dispute with all the proofs and still got rejected.FYI booking amendment fee and cancellation fee are same USD 100/20' and USD 200/40'BE CAREFUL ALL!!!!!

Very bad service, and very expensive, I did import with all other companies, Maersk was 500% more expensive, I did bank transfer to them, they claimed they did not receive it. I followed up for 5 months, I contacted them by website,emails,phone, LinkedIn , but no one cared about my issue(it’s a 500USD) I don’t recommend this company to anyone if I could put no starts I would do it. And by they way, they are very slow too

Maersk is the worst shipping company in the world. The most expensive, customer service, and unprofessional shipping company. I never recommend this company.
