Very happy with HME's install of a Bruno Stairlift . We did some comparison shopping prior to choosing HME and the Bruno stairlift, and although the other stairlift company had a smooth talking salesguy, the reviews we found ranked the Bruno product heads and tails above the competition. The vertical track installation gives a significant amount of extra space on the narrow staircase, where the competitor stairlift would have had knees bumping the opposite wall (something the smooth talker neglected to mention). Connor, from HME was honest and sincere about the product and he was great to deal with. The Installer, also from HME, arrived on time on the scheduled day and did a great job with the install. Overall, a very pleasant experience from sales to installation. And Mother in law now has easy access to the second floor once again

If I can give a 0 star I would but it does not give me that option. First- the front desk person who answers the phone was very nice and very positive that they have what I was looking for and that if I needed an item that they don't have it can be ordered overnight. That 1 star is for her. The next day I receive a call a male person who sounds like he is the one in charge on this matter, first sounds like everything is going to the right path tells you that he will make a phone call with their resources to find what we needed- but never got a call back, the next day I phoned him to follow up-gave him more info to what we needed- again he said he is going to make calls- the day ended-never got a phone call-a week have already passed he never called-that is a NO star from me- if you cannot do service just pick up your phone and call your customer and say you guys don't have it and sorry cant help you how simple is that?Add info: i was trying to purchase a roho cushion for an elderly that has a severe pressure sore."
