Was visiting in Stroud,ON, when my Tundra developed a leak in the brake line. I had no way to fix at the time so looked for local shop.ACP was very close so I went there to see what they could do for me.Well, they got me in right away, repaired it expertly, quickly and as fairly quoted on price. Very pleased. I recommend Auto Care Plus to everyone.

I was driving home from Barrie to Keswick and my car was making a strange noise. I was worried about a loose tire and so needed someone to help me quick. I called here and with only 30min until they closed they told me to absolutely swing in and they would check my tires and tighten them for me.Very kind. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Came to Auto Care Plus based on a recommendation and have they ever delivered. Honest assessment of my vehicle, fair pricing and great communication. Vanessa in the front office is awesome! While it sucks to have to get your car fixed, at least I've finally found a place I feel isn't constantly trying to rip me off (I'm looking at you, Canadian Tire).

Staff is awesome, the guarantee their work and send photos of all areas of concern! Also maintains records with car facts! Good people !!! Work done faster than expected!!!!Again March 2023- staff awesome and great service! Fast!!!

My uncle came here not long ago to have his maintenance done (oil change, tire rotation, etc.)He called me over 3 days later to have a look at it as it was running really rough and idling sporadically, according to him.After stopping by, and warming it up to check the oil level. I found there to be no oil in the engine, but transmission fluid instead. Yes. The red stuff.They’ve also broken multiple tire sensors on my partners car, and they don’t seem to know how to align tires. Do not go to this shop, the technicians must be straight out of high school, or just want return customers.

I brought my vehicle in for a tire change and my car was returned with three out of four tires missing bolts. I was charged for new bolts that were never installed in my vehicle. When I brought the vehicle back to have the bolts installed I was given no apology or explanation as to why my vehicle was given back to me in this state. When I did phone the shop I was told it’s perfectly safe to drive with missing bolts, lol. This is a hazard for myself and other drivers on the road.I was also told my brakes need servicing when they were just replaced in the last 12 months.My partner was going to start having his vehicle serviced here but we will both avoid.
