Image One MRI

I would have thought that every second customer would write a review to express their thankfulness that this facility exists at all! I think their service is great. No reason to worry about the procedure because you're handled with kid gloves, by receptionist Cara and technician Corinne. Thanks for a great experience; thankful for this progress in technology.

I was nervous about this MRI as I don't really like being put into small tight spaces, but this experience was phenomenal and couldn't have been better.Corinne made sure I was comfortable and communicated everything with me every step of the way which was extremely helpful. She made sure I was good every step of the way.I got to listen to my favourite Spotify tunes while in the machine which really helped and they even had they great mirror glasses that allowed you to see out of the tube.When she was done (42 mins later) I felt like only moments passed by and could have stayed in longer.That's a testament to how well this place is run.Cara (front desk) was a delight as well.I would have no hesitations recommending anyone to Image One MRI for their imaging needs.

I suffer terribly from claustrophobia and this facility was extremely kind, patient and caring for the MRI I had to have. They explained everything clearly to me. Even tolerated the couple of mini-panics I had being placed into the machine. The facility is spotlessly clean and the changing facilities were hotel style. There is no reason why the Government health system couldn't be run like this. Would happily use again.

I had a really great experience here. They were prompt, polite, and the whole experience was almost like going to a spa or vacation. When I have called for a few follow up issues they are on top of everything. I wish our public MRI system could work more like this.

The staff here are amazing. Very professional and kind. Unfortunately, the Radiologist was not able to identify the labral tears in the hip socket or other abnormalities. I had to pay for a second opinion, where a new Radiologist was able to identify and document the acute findings. The front end staff were able to provide a refund for the Radiologist review, but if I wouldn’t have gotten a second opinion, I wouldn’t have been able to get surgery to repair the tear next month. I would not go here again, as I do not trust the Radiologist.
