John showed up with a big smile on his face. Very personable and incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to inspect my roof, documented it with pictures and explained the whole repair process. I contacted Service first for my roof that started leaking. John got back to me quickly and got me scheduled in within a couple days. Very professional, he was able to explain what was causing the leak and fixed it. Thank You for the service! Would not hesitate to contact again.
