I really don't know where to begin or if my words are enough to describe and thank the team at Kitchener Funeral Home & Crematorium, especially Amandeep. Through a lengthly month-long repatriation and at time where our family really needed assistance, KFH&C/Amandeep took care of our every need with incredible ease. You were our angels in a moment of darkness... Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The loss of my dad brought so much pain to our lives. Kitchener funeral home made our burden lighter. From receiving the body at the hospital to getting all the paperwork and to transporting my dad back home where he wanted to be buried. They made everything seamless. Thank you Amandeep and team. Your service is top notch. My family and I are grateful for the exceptional service.

We recently held our mom's funeral at this facility and all went very smoothly. the funeral director took care of everything which made it so much easier for me as I didn't have to worry about anything. Amandeep organized everything with the pastor. Also the Serbian gentleman (sorry I don't recall his name) that coordinated was very kind, sympathetic and was on the ball with everything. Thank you for the smooth process in such a difficult time.

Have used their services twice in the past couple of years and most recently a few days ago. They have catered to our needs and beyond. Staff Members are very caring and have a pleasant personality. My appreciation goes out to funeral director Kamal & Amandeep who has done a incredible job to ease our pain and sorrows at a time when darkness seems to overcome our family.Highly recommend you talk to these two gentlemen when the time comes.

We feel blessed to have had my dad's funeral organized by the caring team at Kitchener Funeral homes. We were very specific about the traditional rituals that we had to perform and they took care of arranging everything for us during this emotional time. The fact that the crematorium is also attached to the funeral home is very convenient. We were treated with utmost respect and I sincerely feel that my dad is resting in peace after the ceremony. A huge thank you to the team at KFH&C for going out of the way to help us during this time.

The staff took care of everything end to end. Amandeep was very patient in explaining the whole process as well and our questions.My mom was very happy with the way my dad's funeral went.The zoom virtual meeting also went very well without a problem.A big thank you for all the hard work the staff put in.

When our beloved grandmother passed away in June 2022, the staff at Kitchener Funeral Home and Crematorium stepped in and took such good care of us and our beloved grandmother. Mladen Piljic was god-sent. He took care of every single little and big thing for us. He was such a professional and caring individual, we really do not know what we would have done if it was not for him and his help. We are forever grateful for him and everything he has done to help us with the planning of our grandmother's funeral. He was with us every step of the way, before, during and even after the funeral. He answered any question we had, provided support and showed great patience. Our gratitude will forever be with Mladen, we truly feel blessed to have crossed paths with him at such a fragile time in our lives.The support did not stop with Mladen, Dal Sidhu was just as amazing and any body else that we came across at the Funeral Home.We would highly recommend using Kitchener Funeral Homes and Crematorium.
