They fixed my S21 ultra screen and put a fake screen as it only worked for 2 weeks and went off again by itself without dropping. They then claim I should come back to pay 450 dollars again (same cost as initial repair) ... ridiculous customer service highly NOT recommended.

Absolutely terrible products. Worst quality then if ordering online. They screw up the most simplest screen protector installation. Waste your time by saying they have your order and tell u to come so they can just hound u and sell more products but they don't have the thing u asked for. I wasted a lot of time with these rude people. The positive comments are all their friends or paid reviews like they tried to bribe me. I wouldn't be surprised if they take your original parts and and swap with china products when u go in for repairs. Very dishonest people.

I never post reviews but I feel like the service I received deserved to be recognised. I got my pixel 3 case, screen protector and cord all at the STC kiosk and the guy was friendly, helpful and most importantly put on my screen protector perfectly. I've never gotten anyone to put on my screen protector so clean before but he got it first time first try. I'd go back again for sure.
