Hailee goes above and beyond the regular duties of a shop owner and makes sure that, regardless if it’s your first visit or your 100th, you are treated like her most important customer and your needs are met with the utmost respect and punctuality. If she doesn’t have it, she will do everything in her power to get it and will not be satisfied until you are. She is the most professional and selfless business owner I have ever met and I will return to this store for all of my archery needs, lucratively.

Only giving 5 stars because I can’t give 6 or 7! Nothing but good things! First off Hailee and Eric bent over backwards to get me everything for my new bow build. Amazing customer service. Huge selection of products in store which you can’t find anywhere else in Canada. I drove 3 hours from Ottawa to get there and I will gladly do it again. Not to mention Hailee and Eric are two of the nicest and most personable people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I 10/10 recommend dealing with them. Extremely knowledgeable people as well!

After messaging back and forth about new bows I setup a Saturday appointment with Hailee. I have to say what a great experience!! I compared a few bows and decided on a Mathews phase 4. Hailee had all the accessories in stock to equip my bow, which as a lefty isn’t usually the case( especially in Canada) While setting up my bow they took the time to teach me a few things about tying in a peep/ d loop. Great relaxed atmosphere and great prices. If you are in the market for a new/ used bow or looking for anything bow related this is the place to go!!

Can’t really say enough good things about this shop. Always fast to respond, extremely helpful. From setting up new bows for family members, helping me out of a jam with my own bow on short notice. The amount of product that is in stock or readily available… the level of customer care here is unmatched! Look forward to returning soon!

Once I decided to upgrade to my first flagship bow setup I discovered that high end archery gear is expensive, details matter, and availability can often be an issue. I needed to find the right shop/person to source everything and help me with the details and decision making and I couldn’t have made a better choice than Hailee. About a year and 2 flagship bow setups for me (including a bowpress and all the tools/equipment required to setup/tech my own bow and make my own arrows) and one flagship bow setup for my (female, lefty) partner later, I still go straight to Hailee and will continue to do so. Plus if you’re a DIYer like me and you setup/tech your own equipment, Hailee and Eric have got your back there too for tech issues/questions/advice. Thank you for everything Hailee!
