I’m very pleased with the cleaning service we received from Hive & Co! Super professional, VERY thorough work and overall a seamless easy process. Would definitely recommend them. Our place needed a deep clean and they got into every little nook and cranny getting all the dust off every sill and going above and beyond to access areas that don’t usually get attention. Highly recommend!

I use Hive & Co for all the cleaning and linen services for a vacation rental condo in Revelstoke. The guests always comment positively on the cleanliness of the condo. The prices are reasonable and I love the peace of mind that comes with knowing the condo is being taken care of, as we don’t live in town.This was my first vacation property and Emma, the owner, was extremely helpful with walking me through the things I would need to do to get the listing online and their cleaning process and standards.They have everything online so I can tell when the cleaning appointments are booked and coordinate my next guest check in. I'm sorry to leave an unfavourable review but I feel feedback has the potential to improve services. After a good initial clean, unfortunately the consistency and quality depreciated significantly and did not improve despite conversations with the manager, specific feedback on items requiring attention, and assurances my requests were reasonable and would be actioned. Different cleaners each time and no contact between client and cleaner means lack of accountability. Cleaners did not appear to have pride in their work, demonstrate common sense, or read the pdf instruction page I was required to fill out. Numerous items were left undone, or done poorly. We have a very easy to clean new home, no pets, no children. I was surprised and disappointed to have to discontinue the service after 4 cleans. Website appears very professional, communication from the manager is quite responsive, but the quality of the cleaners and the supervision they are (not) under is where the rubber hits the road unfortunately. I suspect the pervasive staffing crisis currently is making it difficult for a companies like this, with previously good reviews, to maintain standards. I notice the previous 5 star reviews are quite old.

Fridays are my favourite day of the week because Hive & Co come clean the house. The ladies have an eye for detail and are very thorough. I no longer have to spend hours cleaning the house. If you're thinking about hiring a cleaning company, I highly recommend Hive & Co!

This company is a sham". I was an owner of a property and it was very difficult to deal with this company. Not only did they not answer my persistent phone calls

We use Hive and Co Cleaning for our construction cleans and we highly recommend their services. Bookings are simple and accommodating of our (sometimes tight) schedule. The team are professional and do a great job of getting a construction site ready to become a home. Thanks Hive and Co.
