This is a great place to practice martial arts. It doesn't matter your age or your level of fitness. You can be sure you will feel welcomed into a safe and friendly environment, where you and your kids will receive the best coaching and training. Very few places combine so successfully the teaching discipline of the martial arts with a healthy dose of fun and camaraderie. Come and check it out, you will love it.

This is a great school with very qualified instructors. They offer a great balance of teaching the kids discipline and technique while also having fun! A very friendly welcoming atmosphere. My son has been coming here for the last couple years and he's noticeably more co-ordinared, confident and disciplined. Highly recommended.

Their classes are upbeat and fun, and the environment is one that supports and encourages you in reaching your own goals.I started training here just under 1 year ago, and what keeps me going back are the people. You see people of all ages and backgrounds training together in a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

As a long time member of 16 years I have to say that 100% Martial Arts is absolutely amazing! From day 1, I was hooked and never looked back.I love learning the different techniques each art has to offer, as well as getting an awesome workout in the process! Steve Lyrette is an incredible instructor and he always makes everyone feel welcomed. This dojo is definitely not just a place you go to train/work out/de-stress, it is also a place where you become part of the dojo family.

Having learned the value of martial arts as youth, I was looking for school that would teach my son good technique, focus, and discipline. 100% Martial Arts meet all my expectations and my son has a lot of fun training there. The instructors are friendly, professional, and great with kids. I fully recommend this school.

Best martial arts dojo in town by far! I drive all the way from orleans to Nepean just for the kickboxing classes. It’s so worth the drive. I’ve never felt better and the trainers are so caring and talented. Steve is an amazing trainer, super positive and his energy is so contagious . You can tell he loves what he does.Facility is super clean and everyone is overall really welcoming :)
