Canada Post

Phone services are extremely terrible. Auto-record for 1.2.3. and none of them work for transferring calls. Plus I don’t think you guys are really that busy to pick up a simple phone call in an early morning especially in this corona situation.

Worst post office ive been to , always have problems with my po box no one knows what to do offers advice there only two or three that work there that are nice the rest i hate having to deal with them especially the older European lady rudist woman ever i try to be polite to her and i know she knows the answer but refuse to even try to answer because her friends conversation was more important than me urgently trying to mail a package had to go to another Canada post which took me 2 min to do i hate the face i have a po box there and changing it would be problematic.

They updated their shipping system (Canada Post). This system crashes all of time and is annoyingly a big waste of time. I've wasted hours because of the new upgrade". I mentioned this to the manager

Canada Post is ridiculous. Twice now I’ve been home and CP leaves a delivery notice for pick up the following day at the Post Office at the Pharmasave. I WAS HOME both incidents and there was no delivery/ no one knocked/rang the doorbell. CP leaves a notice no one was home but it seems they can’t be bothered to take the 30 seconds to actually deliver the package.

It was on Sunday and raining. When arrived at 16.00, the the post office clerk was helping 1 customer, no one else before and after me so I was the last, but clerk sent me away due to closing. I am aware that the post office closes at 16.00, but just spending just few minutes on the last customer seems to be big hassle for them.

Clerk at the counter was really snippy with me. I'd never sent a package before and asked her what I was supposed to do and if I had to do this or that, and she didn't really say anything helpful, used a really condescending tone, made me feel embarrassed for even asking.She turned her tone around after that, so maybe being rude to customers is something she's working on, but it was a little late at that point.

Went here to return an Amazon product which was sent by Canada post. The teller said Canada post does not have the capacity to print a return label and return my product and suggested I go somewhere else. Well done Canada Post. An absolute useless service...

Mostly friendly staff. Except for Sa*** at the post office. Canadapost as a business is a s*it of a service. She made a mistake not insuring my parcel by default (she said no until I told her it was on Can post website).Right after I saw it not insured in the parking lot, I called Canadapost customer service as well as the go to the counter, they both can't do anything because the package is processed despite it being in the office in the back, so thanks to a mistake of the clerk, if my package gets lost, I'm screwed my money.Called customer service again, all they can do is file a complaint. Talk about BS.I'd still give 4 stars just cause all the other staff are very friendly and polite.

Nice lady there! I tried to send my package international today, but I need to pay more than $80 postage, the lady suggested me to sent less than 2 kilo, then I only have to pay $30 . So I went home to separated the package into 2 . She is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for your help !

Ive never had any issues at this post office. Sometimes it can get very busy and there is a line up, but its not a big post officer. The main girl that works there, C*****, sometimes has to work by herself with alot of parcels to go through and not always easy to put a smile on your face when dealing with sometimes not so pleasant customers. I thank her for all the times she has helped me.
