Bought a $500 canopy and when we set it up all the stitching on a few straps were torn. Brough it back to exchange for a new one, but they won't accept anything other than the original receipt *NO EXCEPTIONS* because after a month you can't read it. That's how they ensure no one returns anything. I shop here all the time to support local, but not anymore. Hello Amazon. Wish Canadian tire would come in and put them out of business. If anyone purchases anything, be sure to laminate the receipt because this store is from the stone ages.

I went in for a couple odds and ends for plumbing and painting. They had what I needed and the staff was in a great mood. I've been out of town for quite a few years and majority of the staff I recognize, I think that speaks volumes! Thanks for being open on a Sunday!Previously I was trying to get my hands on a couple Dewalt tools but they have fairly limited stock. I think they might have the best tool stock in Grand Forks but it's still lacking. Best sellers only, minimal body only. They did offer to order in whatever I needed though.

I rarely go in here. I was sent by my boss at work to find a few things. The gentleman that helped me was so patient, courteous and awesome. Great customer service. He helped me find things I never thought would be in a hardware store!

The staff are great & helpful. There are a lot of times they don't have what is advertised, but that isn't the staffs fault. I enjoy going for a look see anyway. You never know what you might find.
