First Light Yoga
Geoff is an amazing teacher, a teacher's teacher. I first met Geoff years ago, and feel deeply blessed to have been able to work with him all these years. He has pushed me when I needed pushing, and been an incredible source of support and strength at a time in my life when I needed it most. This is what yoga is supposed to be about. Highly recommended!
