Conveniently located next to the Doon Heritage Museum and a bus stop, this store sells Grand River Transit tickets. I was able to buy the discounted ticket without presenting an ID, and could buy 2 instead of the minimum strip of 5. As a traveler, I was hoping to purchase the local transit day pass, but they weren't sold here; however, I ended up saving money by not buying it, so that's great!

Purolator is using this place as a Quick Stop Agent and the hours posted on the Purolator notice for this place 8am to 9pm is wrong!! Here at 8:45am and place is locked up. Hours on website also show 8am. They don’t open up on hours posted. Purolator needs to use more reliable agents!!

Worst customer services ever! If you’re looking to collect money via RAI don’t waste your time going there. The lady there is going to tell you that you can’t receive money there but you can send money. She’s willing to take your money but not let you receive your money. She’s rude and fill with attitude. I don’t understand why they would advertise that they provide RAI money transfer services but don’t. Scammers

Purolator always use this as a quick shop to pick up parcels and mails, worst experience ever!Trying to call them from :30min nobody is picking call, i had my mail delivered here from Purolator, but never got one.Wasting time everyday by calling them and by in-person.Worst customer service. Very rude girl working, she dont listen properly.Very very very bad experience

Don't have your FedEx packages shipped here. Twice now I've had issues with my packages not being properly processed. Caused me several headaches and phone calls with FedEx customer service trying to get it sorted out and figure out where my packages are.
