I went to Cinderella Bridal just a week before my wedding day to find a veil to replace my broken one. The staff were very friendly and helped me to order one in this rush situation. I really appreicate it!

I visited Cinderella bridal shop to look for bridal gown. I happened to have an appointment the last day they offer sample sale. I was managed to buy a very good bridal dress for 75% less of the original price. The dress was pretty and designed in-house with high quality. They also carry dresses from well known designers. It’s the first bridal shop I visited and I ended up buying a quality dress with very reasonable price. Make sure to follow their social media to know when there’s sample sale, cause price can very a lot.

I went to Cinderella to choose my favorite wedding dress. I like the style of the wedding dress. The style of this store cannot be found in other stores. If you like a special style of wedding dress, you can come to this store.

I found my wedding gown, second dress and also a ball gown for company new year party here. I like how the styles are so beautiful and elegant, and it is worth point out for those who are the same height and petite like me (1.60m and 50kg) their sizes fits me almost perfectly, especially for my second dress of my wedding. I basically took it from the shelf and cut off where it is too long.

If you’re bigger than a size 8 - don’t even bother here! I’m a curvy size 8 and I couldn’t fit into any of the dresses they had on the rack. It was extremely disappointing. None of the dresses are properly labelled with pricing or sizing yet they ask you to pick four yourself, off the rack. It’s really disappointing when someone has to pick off the rack themselves and none of them fit. I wouldn’t recommend to go here unless you have a small figure.They also aren’t helpful as “consultants” whatsoever, and push you off. I had 2 consultants (normally they only have 1 for 1 bride), and I left after 20 minutes because nothing fit and they barely gave recommendations. What’s the point of booking an appointment if there’s barely any help? There wasn’t any other customers at the store either. Go somewhere where you will feel helped, confident and supported while shopping! I left here so upset because I couldn’t fit in anything and the experience made me feel fat and invisible.

Great quality dresses and amazing service! I recommend this store for anyone looking for a wedding dress and mother of the bride/groom dresses. They have quick shipping times and for those who are short on time, you can buy off the rack here. Highly recommend this store!
