Rudy went above and beyond with getting my sons car fixed asap when everywhere else said 2 weeks. Wonderful people at Sherwood park location. Definitely will be back.

Coming in from Saskatoon we had noise and vibration from rear of van. Went directly to Midas on Wye Rd. To make a long story short my husband used to work as a Quality Control Manager at a large dealership and we've been in customer service all our lives. We both said if everyone offered the kind of service Moira did at Midas that not just vehicle service but life in general would be so much easier.

they were very prompt with my situation. and definitely showed that they cared about my safety and my vehicle, and not many places do in my opinion, I'm very satisfied with the work completed!!! and thanks for the Midas touch guys!!!

I usually come to Midas Sherwood Park for their great deals on oil changes. My experience was nothing but positive. Justin was efficient during my oil change and Moira at the front desk was extremely friendly, accommodating and understanding when I accidentally overfilled my transmission fluid. They were quick to help me resolve the issue, without breaking the bank. The complimentary courtesy check with service is thorough and super helpful in suggesting future repairs and identifying potential problems. I would recommend their service to anyone.

Brand new to the area and was thrilled to be referred to this place. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Candace was amazing at getting us in and out but ensured that all of our questions and concerns were addresses. She had no problem taking the time to explain the options.

I had my Tucson towed to the Sherwood park Midas after starting it and realizing something was wrong by the way it sounded. Over the phone I was told that “somebody had tried to steal the catalytic converter but missed and stole the resonator instead.” Upon picking up my car after the fix, I was told that I should keep an eye on my alternator because after my battery was replaced they ran a test and it came back with the possibility of not working. After 2 days, my alternator died. I got it replaced by a private mechanic and this was the start of uncovering all of the problems created by Midas. He completed an inspection of my vehicle and told me that the welds on the installed resonator were done extremely poor and already had an exhaust leak.I took my car to a friend at ABC Muffler and Hitch for a second look. They said that the pipe wasn’t cut to a perfect fit, that the person who assembled it used loads of welding paste to try and cover the mistake (see photos below), and above all they installed the wrong part and installed it in the wrong position. The guys at ABC were clearly able to see that I had my catalytic converter stolen and the resonator was poorly installed in its place and was put in backwards with the hangers left on facing the front of the car.Trevor, the owner of ABC, wrote extensive and descriptive notes for me to bring back to Midas to help inform them on how to fix their problems while still giving them the right to first repair. When I brought this to the attention of the Midas secretary Candice, she told me she did not need to take orders or advice from another shop and offered to shred the notes for me instead. She was the most condescending secretary I have talked to and have never received such bad customer service.Although Midas partially fixed their problem, I was not compensated for my time they wasted or for the original incorrect part they installed. Please save your time, money and sanity and do not go to the Midas in Sherwood park.

Power steering decided stop working (not fun at all). Decided to stop by at Midas without an appointment. Moira who is at the front desk totally understood and was able to get me in right away. That's what I call awesome customer service!!!! Long story short, the mechanics were able to find the problem and fix it in about 1,5 hour. Top service, another satisfied Midas customer. Thank you Moira and mechanics!!!

I had a great experience at Midas.I got my tires changed and a full service check on my vehicle and paid with a donation to the foodbank!Midas does service right and cares for the community, highly recommend!

Honest advice and great service all at a very reasonable price. I especially appreciate the community involvement and community contributions that Midas makes.
