Speedy Glass Marine Drive SW

This location took the tint off my car windows for me last week and I’m so glad I found them. I’d contacted a few other companies, most of which never even called me back, and one I did hear back from was going to charge me $150+ tax (Speedy charged $67 altogether.) Everyone I encountered was so nice from my first phone inquiry to the moment I drove away. I was in and out of there within 40 minutes. I’d planned to wait in their office but I did hear them ordering an Uber for another client who needed to leave. There’s another Speedy closer to me but I’ll make the longer drive to this location because of their great service.

I took my car here to have the windshield replaced and they broke my front collision camera during replacement. I had the dealer and another glass shop confirm that it had been broken they still refused to admit they broke it, and refused pay for it. I had to go through my own insurance and pay the deductible.There are a lot of other glass shops in Vancouver to choose from.

Nothing but an A+ 5 star experience.My car was broken into and the forecast said rain was coming. I needed my window fixed right away! Not only did they call all over to get me the window I needed so it could be done by the end of the day, they lent me a courtesy car and cleaned my interior from all the glass. It was pretty much detail cleaned on the inside. They also told me the various prices of paying out of pocket vs making my claim. Wonderful people and customer service and wonderful job. Looks like new. Would always recommend Broco and would always come back (but hopefully won’t need to).

I contacted Speedy on the recommendation of Kia Motors on Marine. Booked the initial appt. on line which was very easy. But from that moment I had to make several adjustments to the date, rebooking it 2-3 more times. I did this by email with the office agent who was efficient, knowledgeable and accommodating. She assured me all the paperwork for the ICBC claim would be completed when I brought the car in and I’d pay my deductible of $200 and that’d be it.On the day, my daughter took the car in and they replaced my windshield in less than the 3 hours they’d said… they called as they were finishing it up, my daughter picked it up, paid the $200 and drove away with a beautiful clear windshield. It was so easy and stress free I’m wondering why I didn’t do it way sooner. It’s a joy to drive my Kia Soul now and driving into the setting winter sun is no longer blinding!I highly recommend this Speedy Glass! You won’t be sorry!

Amazing experience! Professional, knowledgeable and great customer service.My windshield was leaking from the right side. Fraser was extremely helpful in explaining the cause of it and offered to take a look at it.When I came back after 30 mins, there was a slight misunderstanding as they had gone ahead and cleared the sunroof drain for me, fixing the issue. No problems at all because they offered the service for free.They fixed my issue free of charge for my first visit due to a miscommunication but now they have a lifelong customer!You won't be disappointed coming here for service.Thank you Fraser and the Broco Glass team

My dealership broke my windshield during a repair and brought my vehicle into Broco to have it replaced today. The glass I got was dirtier than the one that was on there before. It had huge smudges and square spots where adhesive tape used to be. They also left a huge mess on my dashboard from what I assume was the removal of my previous windshield. There were bits of pieces of black (plastic?) everywhere, and who knows how much of it went into the ventilation system. If they can't be bothered to take the few extra minutes to wipe down the windshield inside and out and clean the dashboard, can I trust that they did a proper job? I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

In November of 2021 I had a rear window replaced on my 2006 Nissan 350 Z. The staff at Broco Glass were top notch in addressing the issues and did a perfect job, they also provided me with a courtesy car. This past week, I was noticing my rear defogger not working properly (This was not an issue caused by my previous repair) I went in to the shop to see if they could find the problem and both Jason and Fraser took my car in right away. The issue was a loose wire connector. They both attended to fixing the issue and Fraser custom drilled a hole to hide the wire and got the defogger working again. He then noticed my headlights were foggy. He buffed them and made them look brand new. I have to say, these guys are amazing. It is rare to see this kind of service anymore and I am truly grateful.When the work was completed, I asked, how much I owed? and Jason advised - no charge. I highly recommend this shop for any work you may need with windshield repair!Thank you, Jason and Fraser!Jeff

I wish I could rate zero stars! They replaced a cracked windshield.-Their technician parked too close to a concrete barrier so my bumper scraped it-They left my rear view mirror loose- the side mouldings on the windshield started peeling off. I brought it back to fix and they both fell off!- I complained about this to ICBC, and they tried blaming ME for their incompetence!DO NOT bring your car in there for any reason!

I went to Speedy Glass for a cracked windshield on my Mercedes S550. The entire replacement process was very smooth. They even ordered me an Uber to get home when I dropped off the vehicle. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly, especially Dennis. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend.
